Back to the Carolinas: Driving to ATL

Every no teaches me how to take a no better

A month ago, i drove to ATL to visit a friend and her family before their move to the Midwest. It was my first time driving across 3 states and I' am so proud of myself that i did that. 

I went there early Saturday morning and got there around noon. We talked, ate dinner, went bowling and had girl chat over Margaritas that her husband made for us. I loved every minute of it. It's actually the first time in a long time that i was able to fall quickly asleep. 

For everything she been through, i truly admire her. I admire her ability to be herself and speak her mind regardless of the circumstance. It's also nice to see a family truly spent time together and parents teaching their children how to pray, about the Church and to love God.
