Back to the Carolinas: Updated 2019 Fitness Journey

I have fail off the fitness wagon. I have lost and gained all the pounds. I have gone weeks without doing Pilates, ABS workout and Workout except for running.
I've tried numerous times to give up bread and rice but failed miserably. I ate chocolate chips cookies for the first time in a year. And for a month I went back to drinking sodas.
The last time I publish a post regarding my fitness journey, I weigh in 129.4 lbs which was around May 18th. In June I weigh in at134.4 lbs. In July I weigh in at 132.8 lbs. In August I weigh in at 129.8lbs. In September I weigh in at 130.2 lbs. In October weigh in at 132.2 lbs.
In November, I couldn't weigh in because my scale battery died.
In December, I traveled to the DRC and ate a lot of good food. My training has changed to running at least five times a week and doing at least one ABS workout per week. Also, If i'm not too tired after work, i'll do a Yoga or Pilates workout.
My plan for next year is to go back to running local 5k races and to run my first 10K. I'll start training in January.
