Storytime: My Reason For Wanting to be a Lawyer

It will all pass

  Ever since I moved to the U.S, my family had always asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up. My mom told me to think about it because we were now living in the land of opportunities and I could truly be anything I wanted.

So I looked at the people in my life who I admired and those in media and I chose being an attorney.

The attorneys that I knew and saw were all educated, well manner, eloquent, confident and self sufficient.

I did not want to be famous or rich. All I wanted to be was educated and self sufficient. Since I hated math and science, medical school was out of question.  Although, this profession is not easy and I had a lot of uninteresting moment, I enjoyed it and  it is a right profession for me as of now.
