Ivy's Wedding Part III

we had to meet up at 6:30am for hair and make up at the resort spa before getting ready for the wedding pictures but as always I ran late so I just went up to the room where we were getting ready at. Ivy gave each of us (the bridesmaid) a goodie bag.

We even got our own robes that said "bridesmaids" on it. It's so cute. Ivy did a great job organizing her wedding and making everyone feel relax and welcome.

After getting in our robes, we took a shuttle cart to the Resort spa where we got our make up and hair done while eating and drinking Mimosa.

The ladies at the spa were nice and taught us a few things about applying make up. After the spa, we took the shuttle bus back to the main tower where the dressing room was. We got dressed and left for the Church.

The Church ceremony was great. I was the first bridesmaid walking down the aisle and according to everyone, I sprinted down the aisle...I was a bit nervous. After the Church service, we took pictures at Church then left to go back to the resort.

After the photos, there was the cocktail hour. I got a chance to see my beautiful friend Mrs. Ortiz and her family. I miss her so much. We had a couple cocktails, then it was time for the entrance to the reception hall. Ivy's brother Sam (one of the groomsmen) was my escort at the reception which was great. We made our entrance, watched Ivy & A dance as husband and Wife, and ate dinner. Then there was more dancing and drinks. After the reception, we all went over the resort bar for the after party. It was nice to see Ivy's coworkers, friends, family and A's friends relaxing and having a good time. The newlywed came down and we all got them more drinks and enjoyed their company.

Afterward we sent them up to their room, one by one we all called it a night.

11-8-15

I woke up early around 5am the next day to go back to my hotel so I can shower and get ready for the brunch that the newlywed was throwing for us.

The brunch was good. Afterwards we said our good byes and I walked around the resort with K & MK (2 of the other bridesmaids/S had already left for Orlando) and MK's bf before heading back to my hotel.

we walked around and saw dolphins while we were at the pier. We said our good byes and I went back to my hotel, packed, fill up my tank and slept. The next day at 2 am, I checked out of my hotel and drove to West Palm Beach. Once I got there around 5am, I got on my flight to NJ, my home state.
