January 2022 Highlights/Lows

        January 2022 started promising. The hope for the new year, new beginning and goals to be accomplished. Unfortunately, life had other plans. But I'm still hopeful. I believe in God and there's beauty still left to explore.

Highlights

• New Year's Eve with Mr. J and his crew;
• New Year Day hiking with SIL Claudia and Patricia;
• Going to Charleston during MLK Week to spend some quality time with the Bestie;
• Christine's Bridal Shower;
• SIL Claudia's Birthday dinner;
• my nephew Ethan making his first scramble eggs;
• Dinner with Rose and April; and 
• God answering my prayer regarding a situation I did not want to be in.

Lows

• Craving attention and affection from a heart that was not meant to be mine;
• Dealing with situational depression;
• Being killed as a messenger; and 
• Dealing with Financial instability.
