Back to the Carolinas : Overuse words/wrongly used word

It simple, my secret is I PRAY and WORK HARD

These are a few of the words that I have currently found to be overly used or wrongly used by certain people.
  • Racist/Racism: Lately, I have found that a FEW people are using these words when someone is stating their preference or having a different point of view/opinion from them or the norm, he or she is automatically label as a racist etc....
*side note: as a BLACK AFRICAN IMMIGRANT, I have experience some B.S behaviors from others (from being told to go back to Africa to people asking me if it was strange for me to wear clothes in the U.S  since Africans don't wear clothes  to a girl asking me if I 'm here in the U.S ILLEGALLY since immigrant are ILLEGAL *I can write a whole novel about my experiences*)
-->Racism:
noun
  1. the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.
  • Poor: maybe I'm being bias because I came from a 2nd world country but if you have shelter, electricity, FOOD, running water, FOOD, clothes, and free public education, you are NOT poor!!! Granted, I understand that they are TONS of people here in the states who are ACTUALLY poor but if you have all those things I list above, you are fine. It may not be the same quality of shelter, clothes, and food as your peers but it's better than NOTHING!!!
  • Hate/Love: these two words are both wrongly used and over used. Some confuse lust with love, whereas hate is used when one actually means they dislike something.
