Life was a whirlwind this month. I’m still figuring out things. I’m gaining my strength back and looking forward to running again.

I’m in a state of gratitude towards my family, my friends and God for all the endless blessings that have been bestowed upon me.

This month was challenging but I got a chance to watch a sunset with Doc Hero and Miss 30 and all is well.

Sometimes good-byes are necessary for rest and restart. I’m using this time to regroup, replan and recover.
