Back to the Carolinas: Running at the U.S. Whitewater Center

          In late March, CL invited me to run with her at the Whitewater Center, where the Olympic trials were being held. 

We car pooled and ran the lake loop. I did horrible during our run due to the fact that I was physically exhausted and sleepy.

After our run, we met up with her friends and had lunch and beers at the restaurant.
