So I gave in to my mother's request and got my hair braided. It was an interesting experience. The nice lady that did my hair not only tried to convert me to her faith but left with a very bad impression of me. But she did do a great job with my hair but i have a feeling that i won't be getting my hair braided again for a while.
Then on Sunday, after hearing that i' am still a member of the Catholic Church, a family member of mine tried to convince me to leave the church and become protestant.
The lady that did my hair and my family member meant well and have a great heart but NO.
    Yes I'am a Christian.
Yes being a Catholic is being a Christian. Not all Christians are Catholics but all Catholics are Christians.
Yes I' am Saved.
Yes I believe in God, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Just because I'm not a protestant does not mean i'm not a true worshipper of Christ.
In college, one of my professor said something along these lines: " Man is not God to know who is member of heaven or not."
I have a personal relationship with Christ. I pray, read the bible, praise and worship God, attend Mass and do my best to live and love as Christ did. Most of all, I believe in Him. So just because  I do not worship where others' do or like them does not make me less of a Christian or not a Christian.
