My New Office

I'am not a morning person. For some reason waking up early in the morning to go to class or work takes a lot out of me. But today was good day to wake up early. I officially have an office at the courthouse although temporary but still i had an office instead of sharing the Judge's desk while she was in court or out on vacation. 

Things that made me happy today:

• getting an office
• not watching criminal trial
• arriving to court 15minutes early for the first time in two weeks.
• having enough time to eat breakfast this morning
• being able to bring my water bottle into the courthouse 
• no traffic on the way to the courthouse:-)

Today's Awkward Moments:

• ID badge not working in the back elevator
• ID badge not working in the probation office and having one of the probation officer open the door for me while laughing at me or my failed attempt of trying to get into my office...not sure which one but i did not care i was already frustrated at that point
• Not being able to leave my office because my ID badge did not work.
• pressing the button for the inmate elevator access instead regular elevator
• being escorted by one of the sheriff into the correct elevator because they saw me on the camera trying to get into the inmate elevator.
